Welcome to our Frequently Asked Questions page where we answer some of the most common questions about our services and offerings.

  • Everything that is included is based on the package you decide to rent. Review the packages here

  • Please see the “Book Now” button in the top right corner of the page. We will respond to you within 24 hours with availability.

    Once your date is confirmed available, a $100 security deposit is required to secure your event date. $100 deposit is due upon booking and is only refundable if canceled 14 days prior to the event.

    Any cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled event will result in the loss of deposit. The final amount owed is due no later than 4 days before the start of your scheduled event. Payments are accepted via Credit Card or Venmo.

  • Please allow up to 1 hour before and after your event for set up and break down. (This will not be included in your rental time) Our team will do all of the heavy lifting. Play spaces will only be set up on solid, level ground. We will never accommodate areas with sand, gravel, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces. Please ensure there will be a space available to meet this requirement. Clean, flat, dry grass is ok.

    Bounce houses require access to a dedicated outlet. Please keep that in mind when booking. We are not able to provide generators at this time.

    Our final pickup time is 8pm. Later pickup times are available for an additional fee.

  • We offer free delivery within 20 miles of the 49685 zip code for most packages. $1.75 per mile each way after 20 miles will be added if needed.

    Holidays are subject to an additional $75 fee for any booking.

  • At Mobile Merriment, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. That's why we have a rigorous cleaning and sanitizing process in place for all our equipment.

    After each use, our team thoroughly cleans and disinfects every piece of soft play equipment. We use high-quality cleaning solutions that are effective in removing dirt, germs, and bacteria. Our process includes wiping down all surfaces, including the foam structures, with disinfectant solutions and sanitizing agents.

    We pay extra attention to high-touch areas and ensure that all nooks and crannies are properly cleaned. We also inspect the equipment to identify any signs of wear and tear, and we promptly address any maintenance needs to guarantee the safety and quality of our rentals.

    Rest assured, when you rent soft play equipment from us, you're getting items that are clean, well-maintained, and ready for a safe play experience. We take pride in our commitment to cleanliness, providing you with peace of mind while your little ones enjoy our soft play rentals.

    Your safety is our priority, and we strive to exceed your expectations with our thorough cleaning and sanitizing protocols.

  • We carry general liability insurance. A liability waiver will be required to be completed upon booking.

    Mobile Merriment accepts no responsibility for any injuries caused while playing on the soft play equipment.

  • Our play equipment is best suited for crawlers through preschool years.

    Larger bounce house rentals is something we are looking to add in the future to be able to include a larger range of age groups in the fun.

    Soft play equipment will always be for 6 and under.

    Note: Per manufacturer guidelines, it is recommended that children be 18 months+ for the ride-on animal hoppers. Adult supervision is always required.

  • All play space set ups are subject to appropriate weather conditions. If rain or high winds are forecasted during your event, please have an alternate indoor area prepared. Soft play equipment can become very slippery and hazardous to littles in poor weather conditions. If we need to reschedule due to these conditions, your deposit will be used for the next chosen date. High temperatures will require shade.

  • Socks are required in the play area.

    No shoes/heels.

    No food, gum or drinks allowed inside the play area.

    No sharp objects (keys, badges, etc).

    No face paint, temporary tattoos, etc.

    No ink, pens, paints, slime of any kind.

    No glitter or confetti

    No overcrowding.

    Soft play equipment, balls, and hoppers are all to remain inside the play area.

    Balls must be inside the ball pit upon our arrival.

    Adult supervision required at all times.

  • Clients are responsible for making sure the rental will fit in the space prior to booking. We will do our best to accommodate a smaller space but there will be no refunds for equipment that will not fit.

  • All equipment must be returned as it was delivered. If anything is missing or damaged you will be responsible. By signing our contract you accept full responsibility to pay the actual retail price to replace any damaged/missing equipment.

  • No. One of the biggest rules we follow is no face paint allowed. It will not come out of our vinyl soft play material. Please let us know in advance if you are having a face painter as we will not move forward with booking our services out.
